Ownership of the goods comes to the Client at the moment of accepting the Goods from the representative of the courier service. The Client can accept Goods after a payment for the Goods and Delivery was made.

After purchasing a confirmation will be sent to your email. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days and an email with a tracking code, will be sent to you after.

Products marked as SOLD OUT have already found their owner, but we can inquire with our suppliers in land of Oz about the possibility of creating and ordering a similar aROBE on an individual basis.You can place an individual order by filling out the appropriate form in the Contacts section.

The terms for custom-made ROBE products are discussed separately. In response to your request, you will receive information about the product, confirmation of its availability and information on payment, terms, and delivery.

We operate on a full prepayment basis. The right to the products remains with us until the full cost of the order is received.

To pay for the goods that you have added to the basket use the instructions on the website.Please note that your debit ot credit card must be available for Web payments. If you are not sure if the feature is available, please, turn to your bank service for the information.

You can pay for your aROBE by using payment systems such PayPal, Revolut, Wise.

Please note that all our products are unique and available in a single copy. Therefore, in case of untimely payment, we cannot guarantee the availability of the selected product.

The price of the product does not include the delivery cost, which is calculated based on your address and chosen shipping method.

The cost and method of delivery are calculated separately in each specific case.

We are not responsible for delays due to postal or transport company issues.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or customs fees were not paid, we will refund the cost of the product minus the cost of return delivery. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please track the status of your product by the tracking number, and remember that you may need to collect the product from your local post office.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during transport.

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Handling returns has an environmental impact and our company believes that free returns are an unsustainable cost and effort.

We kindly request that you approach your order with careful consideration and mindfulness towards consumption.

We assess the possibility of returns on a case-by-case basis. We do not cover the expenses related to returning items.

Authorization for returns along the return label and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. Please do not send the product without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

If we approve the return of the product, you must provide us with a tracking number for the shipment and ensure that the parcel is insured.

Please note that we will refund your money only if all items have not been used and are in the same condition as when you received them.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be made.

If a product is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay import taxes or customs duties required by the laws of the buyer’s country, we will seek to recover from the buyer all expenses and/or fees incurred by us as a result of the return and the buyer’s actions.

Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon the delivery of the product, a refund will only be made after the product is returned to us.
